The Michigan Women's Tax Foundation, created by the Michigan Women's Tax Association, is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications for scholarships awarded to female students pursuing a career in taxation:

MWTF Annual Scholarship(s)

The fund was established to emphasize education by providing scholarships to female students who demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in academics and participation in extracurricular activities related to the field of taxation.

DKSS CPAs + Advisors Scholarship in Memory of Sandra McCloud 

The scholarship was established to honor an MWTA member who exemplified MWTA values and demonstrated a commitment to improving the field of taxation through her dedication to her career as well as to being a mentor to other women in taxation.

DKSS CPAs + Advisors Scholarship in Memory of Clarence Arens 

The scholarship was established to honor the memory of the father of Laura Arens, a founding member of the MWTA.

Winners will be announced at the MWTA's Annual Conference on October 28, 2026, at Laurel Manor in Livonia.
