The Michigan Women's Tax Foundation, created by the Michigan Women's Tax Association, is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications for two scholarships:

The MWTF Tenth Annual Scholarship(s) of one to two awards up to $6,000 total. The scholarship was established to emphasize education by providing scholarships to female students who demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in academics and participation in extracurricular activities related to the field of taxation.

The DKSS Scholarship in Memory of Sandra McCloud in the amount of $1,000. In 2023, the scholarship was established to honor a MWTA member who exemplified the values of the MWTA and demonstrated a commitment to improving the field of taxation through her dedication to her career as well as to being a mentor to other women in taxation.

The scholarships will be awarded to female students pursuing a career in taxation, and the winners will be announced at the MWTA's Annual Conference on November 13, 2023.
